Returns & Exchange
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for swimsuits.
All sale and clearance items, including pieces purchased with a promo code, are final sale.
No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.
Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation number via email. Modifications cannot be made after an order has been placed.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are unable to redirect orders once they are in transit.
The billing and shipping addresses must match. If not, we will contact you to verify your address and identity.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “DELIVERED” but you did not receive your it, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days contact your local post office to see if your package is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your package as delivered a little too early, and in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location.
Chaleur Swimwear will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. Our team is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
~ held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
~ shipments lost or stolen at any point in the parcel process.
Damaged Items
Chaleur Swimwear inspects all merchandise before packing and shipping. In the rare but unfortunate case of your item arriving damaged, please email shop@chaleurswimwear.com within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and photos of the damaged piece. All damages and exchanges/credits are determined on a case-by-case basis.
